Greetings World!
The best of 2008 to you! This is my prayer for you this year. That you know that you are part of the Sacred. That you believe with your whole being that you are the Goddess here on earth. That you are loved more fully and <img src="http://www.wisewomen.org/goddess/images/coffee.jpg" border="2" hspace="4" vspace="4" align="right"> wholly than you ever imagined.
It's been quite a year for me. Turning 54, realizing that I'm in the prime of transitions and that it is all good. I love my body as I watch it fall apart! I love my "wings" flapping in the wind as I raise my arms. It's all good. It's all Goddess! :)
The Divine is me doing this. Writing in my blog. Cleaning my office. Snarling at something that displeases me. Getting hammered again with lack of funds where they're needed. It's all divine in action. If we only "get" this. Not just for our own lives, but for everything we see in the world that seems out of whack. For everything we see that displeases us. Every "thing" is divine. Murder, rape and mayhem are all the Goddess acting out Herself so that she can experience that and then move closer to "Love", closer to "Home".
Everything is Love becoming on this earth plane. Love is chaotic. Love is messy, unorganized, painful and pleasurable, pulsing and postulating. Love is manipulative, masquerading and marvelous. Love is Divine. Goddess is Divine. And so are you.
When we come up against something in our lives that seems awful, terrifying, messy and makes us weep, we can take a deep breath and say, "Oh, Goddess, this is you too." It make take a week or two to come to that realization because, hey, we're used to being humans and not Goddesses!
I am with <a href="http://www.thework.com" target="_blank">Byron Katie</a>. I know everyone who is reading this is in love with me. I just don't expect them to realize that right now. Because you know, when we stop judging, medicating, shaming, or any of the other negative ways we deal with "what is", and throw this out to other people, we are throwing it into our own face. So, when we learn to love ourselves as Goddesses that we are, Spirit, what is, we know that we love ourselves. When we love ourselves, we love others - just as they are - and see the Goddess living in the world. So when you love yourself as a child of the Divine, you will love me as a child of the Divine. We're siblings of the Divine! :) Did you get that?
I find that toning with sound can completely change your outlook, your depression and your self-esteem at any given moment. Try this when your frazzled! It works.
