An amazing Colorado musician blessed my life this week who helped me feel as if I've been transported to a soft, gental, warm place to relax, regroup, b-r-e-a-t-h and heal. Women over fifty need to take time out, a special time to gather our health, gather our strength, our natural healing body and the music by Lou invites us to do that!

I just met Louis Colaiannia. When I looked at his site and listened to his music, the shift in my energy was immediate. I love music. I love healing. I love peace. Louis brings this and more through his musical artistry. Listen to understand my emotions.

"I try to convey emotion," he says. "I don't want people to analyze it. I get a lot of mail, and people just open their hearts. They tell me terrible stories about being molested in childhood, how something in my music reminded them of that and helped them to heal. If they want to call it new age or classical, I don't care, as long as they feel something from it."

Father's Day is coming up. Get "Tears for Dad" for your Dad. Lou played around with the notes D-A-D and came up with the beautiful, moving piece. You deserve to have Lou's music in your life. His site offers free downloads to sample his gift of music. Then treat yourself and go buy his CD's. Healing is just a note away. . .
